What's on the Menu?

With Meals by Design menus we strive for variety and rarely repeat the same recipe.

Each meal consists of a hearty soup or salad and main course with two side dishes. An example of our main courses includes:
  • Stuffed Peppers w/Sautéed Spinach, Portobello Mushrooms, Celery, Brown Basmati Rice & Toasted Pine Nuts.
  • Corn Meal-Crusted Oven-Baked Chicken Breasts on a Bed of Sautéed Leeks & Carrots in a White Wine-Dill Sauce.
  • Angel Hair Pasta w/Grilled Shrimp & Scallops, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Kale & Broccoli.
  • Hearty Beef Stew w/Baby Carrots, Parsnips, Turnips, New Potatoes, Peas & Green Beans.
  • Norwegian Salmon Stuffed w/Crab & Lobster.
  • Chicken Picata - Breaded Baked Cutlets Served Atop a Sauté of Fresh Herbs, Mushrooms & Artichoke Hearts.












These main course menus are a sampling of the wide variety available from Meals by Design.
Of course, your particular preference can be used and modified in planning your meals.
